Arriving in Abu Dhabi

More than 50 international airlines operate a schedule of flights connecting Abu Dhabi to more than 80 destinations in 46 countries across the globe.

From the airport, there will be an airport transfer service for all registered participants staying in any of the official 11 hotels. In addition, metered taxis to ADNEC or your hotel are readily available outside the arrivals hall.

Getting to the Forum Venue

There is shuttle service operating between the 11 official hotels and the Forum location at ADNEC. To facilitate your use of the shuttle service, kindly wear your accreditation badge at all times.

In addition, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is easy to reach by public transport, car or from abroad and has ample parking facilities on site. ADNEC is situated 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi and 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Arriving by Taxi

If you are travelling by taxi from Abu Dhabi Airport, ADNEC is just a 15 minute drive.
From Abu Dhabi Corniche, ADNEC is located just 20 minutes away.
Abu Dhabi’s taxi network is operated by TransAD. To book a taxi through TransAD call 600 53 53 53.
A number of taxis are available from ADNEC at the adjacent Aloft Hotel entrance.

Forum Accreditation Pass

Access passes will be issued in advance to pre-registered delegates at the ADNEC Exhibition Center between 14.00 and 18.00 on Sunday 26 March, between 08.00 and 19.00 on Monday 27 March and between 08.00 and 09.30 on Tuesday 28 March 2017.

Pre-registered delegates will receive their conference passes and information packs upon presentation of their passport and confirmation of identity.
